2010 ACT Project Management Achievement Award for Small Project

Point Project Management is honoured to recieved the 2010 ACT Small Project Award from the Australian Institute of Project Managers.

The Private Health Insurance Administration Council engaged Point Project Management in November 2009 to project manage the fit-out of their new national office at Level 2, 10-12 Brisbane Avenue, Barton.

The Project involved an (almost) impossibly strict timeframe, which incorporated a shutdown period and a tight budget, to achieve occupation by the 5th of February 2010. Point drove the project through initiation, scoping, planning, procurement and construction, completing the project in six weeks, inclusive of the Christmas and construction industry’s shutdown period, epitomizing Project Management excellence. Point’s team effectively applied its expertise and the appropriate blend, weight and attention to each of the Project Management disciplines to achieve this amazing outcome.
