<p>The 5 levels of office space will be extremely popular given the current business boom Lae is experiencing. The 2 levels of premier appartment space offer world class views of the Huon Gulf. Once this buliding is complete in mid 2011, it will be the centre piece of the &#8220;Top Town&#8221; district in Lae. Tenants will enjoy a building that has been specially designed offer the highest standards of security and sustainability.</p>

<div>Point were engaged by Morobe Mining Joint Venture to undertake an initial engineering assessment on the 35km  access road to the Hidden Valley Mine.</div>

<div>This assessment was focused on safety, structure and usability. Point&#8217;s assessment and report included a detailed analysis of the road with prioritisation of works and identification of critical sections. Subsequently, Point have commenced the management of the design and delivery phases of the project. This project will result in increased safety, limit the risk of road failure and reduce maintenance costs.</div>

<p>Nambawan Super Limited is a leading Superannuation fund in PNG. The fund has experienced significant and rapid growth in this property portfolio. In their role, Point will oversee the strategic planning, feasibility and construction phases of all new developments. Additionally, Point has identified the requirement for an integrated property management system. Point will manage the development and implementation of this system which will cover new developments and existing property assets. The system will cover the full alignment of systems, procedures and resourcing for the property portfolio. Implementation of these services and systems will improve the efficiencies and performance of the portfolio, resulting in increased returns for the fund and its members.</p>

<div>During the initial works, Point identified that the original scheme did not maximise the development potential of the site and took the project back to the feasibility stage and engaged a new design team. As a result, the density has now increased 250% with associated increase in financial return to the fund and its members.</div>
