AIPM Complex Projects Presentation
Point has had the pleasure of presenting to the Australian Institute of Project Management on a number of complex projects. The first project included the Northern Territory Remote Community Project and the complexity of managing numerous remote geographic locations, and was presented by Mark Blake, Canberra Manager. The second relates to the 24 Fairbairn Avenue Project and the extremely tight timeframe that the project was completed in, presented by Brendan Bilston, Principal.
