Avalon Aged Care Facility Project
Point was engaged to manage the completion of a range of rectification works on Blue Care’s Avalon Aged Care Facility.
This required careful planning and stakeholder analysis. Detailed programming was undertaken to coordinate decanting of residents to minimise the effect on the operational facility.
