Fair Work Ombudsman Reconfiguration Project

Government, Projects, Property + Building Projects, Queensland No Comments

Point was engaged to manage all aspects of the reconfiguration of the Fair Work Ombudsman’s interior fitouts at levels 16 and 17, 200 Mary St, Brisbane and Level 1, 104 Grafton St, Cairns.

Work included upgrade and relocation aspects of the interior fitouts, and installation of new office amenities areas such as showers, lunchrooms and board rooms complete with videoconferencing facilities.

The works were undertaken while the floors were occupied. This required disruptive works to be planned and undertaken outside of ordinary hours to ensure no loss of amenity for Fair Work Ombudsman personnel. This required excellent communication and thorough project planning and coordination.

Point successfully managed all phases of this project with a glowing report from the client.
