Headquarters Ground Training Wing Project
Point has been engaged by the Department of Defence to provide project management services to develop a functional design and manage the subsequent planning, procurement, construction and handover phases of this project.
The project will see key functional groups within Headquarters Ground Training Wing (HQGTW) co-located through the refurbishment of three buildings to maximise operational capability.
