Lilydale Superclinic Project
Providing project management services, Point was made responsible for the project construction delivery phase of this government initiative. The project set a new direction by developing a day procedure hospital to enable the Yarrage Ranges Community to gain access to various services that they would otherwise only gain by attending a metropolitan hospital.
