Touaguba Apartments Project
Point was originally engaged during the tender phase of this project to assist in management of the tender process and fulfil the roles of Project Managers and Superintendent during construction.
During the initial works, Point identified that the original scheme did not maximise the development potential of the site and took the project back to the feasibility stage and engaged a new design team. As a result, the density has now increased 250% with associated increase in financial return to the fund and its members.
